These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, events, workshops, community activities, and other services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Mysore Quantum AI (“MQA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a community think tank for Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. About MQA

Mysore Quantum AI (MQA) is a community initiative headquartered in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. We facilitate learning, collaboration, and innovation in the domains of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. MQA is not a financial institution and does not provide investment, financial, or professional advisory services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. MQA reserves the right to refuse access to anyone at its sole discretion.

MQA organises workshops, seminars, hackathons, and community meetups. Registration for events is subject to availability and may require submission of personal information. By registering:

  • You consent to being contacted by MQA regarding the event and related activities.
  • You grant MQA the right to photograph, record, and use your likeness in promotional materials, unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
  • You acknowledge that event schedules, speakers, and content may change without prior notice.
  • You agree to comply with any venue-specific rules and MQA's Code of Conduct at all events.

5. Code of Conduct

MQA is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. All community members, speakers, volunteers, and attendees are expected to:

  • Treat all individuals with respect regardless of gender, religion, caste, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour, online or offline.
  • Engage constructively and in good faith in all discussions and activities.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from events or community platforms without refund, at MQA's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Mysore Quantum AI or its content contributors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited without prior written permission.

Content shared by community members in public forums or events is shared voluntarily. MQA assumes no ownership of such content but may use it for community promotion with appropriate attribution.
